Our wedding was Oct 11, 2025. Heather and her Husband were contracted and paid in full, $4,000 to photograph and video our wedding. After the wedding, I received a few shots with an email on 10.12.2026 stating the rest of the photographs would take 6-8 weeks. On December 1, 2025, I sent an email requesting my photos with an explanation that it was beyond the 6-8 week window. On 12.3.2025 I received an email stating it was a 12 week turn around, so it would be January 2026 before I received my photos. On 2.9.2026, I sent a follow up email requesting an update. On the same day, I received an email stating "The package would have been from Horne Productions. Included in Box: Customized USB, 2 Parent USB's, 3 Customized DVD's Full Video, 3 Customized DVD's Highlight Video. Certificate for Wedding Album. Praying they have it! Otherwise, I will get it all re-ordered and mailed out to you as soon as possible!" On 2.10.2026, I responded stating my address and requesting the tracking information used to "send" my photos. I have yet to receive an answer on where my photos are or a valid tracking number. I want my photos and my video and half my money returned. It has now been 145 days since our wedding and we have yet to receive what we paid for.
