One thing I knew I wanted for sure at our Wedding was a photobooth. I was lucky enough to test several out at the Bridal Show at the convention center and HappyMatic hands down had best quality, service, and price. Communication with them was through email and they would respond within 48 hours. They offer several different backdrops and props, but do charge extra for anything extra fancy.
Upon arrival the attendant set up quickly and efficiently which was such a relief. I had a few wedding guests say the attendant was a bit rude with them and rushed them out of the photo booth area (one was a bridesmaid) but personally I never had the attendent treat me rudely, and I heard many other people say that it went great and everyone LOVED it!
I chose to have the media option where guests could text photo's to themselves or put on facebook. It was a super fun and well spent addition to our wedding day!

Happy-Matic was recommend to us by another vendor. Unfortunately, our experience was a series of highs and lows. At the wedding, they were perfect, they were on time, the operator was very nice, and everyone had a BLAST. However, the journey to the wedding was hard. We couldn't get ahold of anyone. They have a form you fill out off of their website to get them the information and it wouldn't work for us, so we tried emailing and calling and everyone's response was "fill out the form." I sent the information for the form via email in a word document and still got no response. It was really frustrating. My husband and I both tried contacting different people, different phone numbers, different emails etc. The woman we ultimately worked with when we finally got ahold of her insinuated we were the problem too...
The backdrop they custom made for us was cute but it was also the first image off of google image search when searching for that item. The worst part was even after we had completely paid I had a few questions leading up to the wedding (because they didn't give me Any information) and literally never heard a response. Basically, I just crossed my fingers that they would show up...


Ultimately, if you are okay with having almost no input (even after paying extra for a custom backdrop) and not being able to get ahold of anyone and are okay with just trusting they will show up...then these guys are perfect. AT the wedding, everything went swimmingly. However, if you want organization and a person who you can actually reach then this isn't the company for you. I hate leaving bad reviews, all of my others so far were 5 stars but I really want people to know what they are getting into with Happy-Matic.
