Darrell, the owner, was so helpful during the planning process. I initially did not know if we could afford his services, but told him that I hoped to be able to. Darrell made reservations for us anyway, without a deposit! Did not rush us, and did not bug me about any contracts. It was stress-free, and the SUV that arrived was top of the line. Gray's Limousines is affordable and professional. I will definitely use them again.
