Their Southern Scratch Kitchen offers customizable plated or buffet-style menus featuring filet mignon, prime rib, Kentucky hot browns, and crispy fried chicken. Aisle candles, ceremony decor, plateware, flatware, all glassware and stemware, buffet dishes, serving utensils, and napkins are also taken care of.
