Situated in the hub of the city, the hotel is at the heart of the vibrant community and makes for the perfect location for weddings and other special events. Styled in a modern-vintage fusion, the beautifully furnished hotel provides a range of event spaces for that can be decorated to best suit each couple’s preferred style, color, and theme.

Facilities and Capacity

Graduate Oxford offers a range of event spaces for small intimate events and large celebrations. Is room is gorgeously decorated in its own way and can be completely designed to suit the desires and requirements of every couple. The Busy Bee Boardroom is often used for small business meetings but can also be transformed into a prepping or relaxation area for important guests on their special day. Equipped with the latest technologies, couple’s and close friends can sit back and relax before the big moment. For small to medium-sized events of up to 40, the Mae Room is the ideal venue. The vintage styled room features tasteful furnishings and an optional private courtyard perfect for summertime events or additional seating. To accommodate larger events, the mobile wall separating the Mae Room can be removed to join other event spaces for up to 110 guests. The Helen Room is the largest event space at the hotel and is great for wedding receptions and soirees of all kinds. Featuring several chandeliers and wall to ceiling windows, the room provides a glamorous atmosphere for any special occasion. There is also a private terrace for guests who want to continue the celebrations outdoors and a mobile room divider that can be removed to add additional accommodation. The room can host up to 70 guests for a cocktail style event.

Accommodations at the hotel are finished to a high standard and other all the modern amenities for ultimate relaxation including a TV, lounge chairs, desk area, wifi, coffee maker, docking stations, and more. Some rooms include comfy king-sized beds with an en-suite with an additional private patio area. The hotel’s array of rooms can accommodate up between one and six guests.
