We wanted something nontraditional for a wedding cake so we went with a local favorite, Gooey Butter Cakes. The cost was significantly cheaper than a "real" wedding cake, but everyone was so excited. We got three different flavors: regular, amaretto and chocolate. The cakes were baked fresh the morning of the wedding and were absolutely delicious! My only disappointment was that we missed out on some of my favorite flavors because they seasonal.
