The day of our wedding, the catering manager did not have table clothes readily available - without them, we couldn't set up for our reception... this information had been discussed prior to us showing up the morning of our wedding. We'd scheduled two meeting with the catering manager and both times, he no showed on us.... my now-husband and I live in Houston, TX and were only in Tallahassee for a weekend and needed to confirm information, etc. - we both found this to be incredibly unprofessional of him. The bar staff was the saving grace of the entire facility. The morning of our wedding, I was vacuuming Summerbrooke's carpet due to a party the night before!! The responsiveness of this facility for simple questions took incredibly long and seemingly could only get responses after at least two emails, and by putting a call into my father to actually speak to the manager in person before anything could be done. Because of this, my mother has discontinued her member at the club and I can guarantee I will never do any business there again!!
