Rolanda was the absolute most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. She was late to our initial meeting (which she ended up having to zoom with us from her car) then she was late getting us the proposal and it would take her weeks sometimes even a full month to take out authorized payments. She was incredibly rude and we found out once we canceled because she was so rude that even though we asked for travel insurance ON HER FORM she never purchased it. Do not book with her she is awful and literally anyone else would do a better job.
