AMAZING! You NEED them at your wedding

Where do I even begin... WE are SOOO happy we hired Gold City. They were beyond amazing and really made our wedding next level. Shea was amazing to work with and was open to all special requests. She did not bat an eye when I had multiple song requests that were not on their song list and they played them all beautifully. So many people came up to us during the wedding telling us "this band is amazing!". They really made our night so special and we could not be happier with this decision. If you have any hesitation in hiring a band, don't, and make sure you hire Gold City!!! You'll have the MOST SPECTACULAR TIME.

We had a 100-person wedding and had a 6-person band, and included a horn. This was the perfect size and still had BIG sound.

Perfection

Gold City has it all! They are one of a kind and truly made the night! Their musicianship and performance level is unreal, and they know how to party! They were so flexible with learning new songs and they killed every single one they played! You are getting real musicians, soul, and funk, this is not your average “wedding band”!! The entire band is energetic and you can see how much fun they all have together. The singers truly were incredible and have such a range, which makes them nail every song! All of our guests kept asking who this band was!! Our wedding night wouldn’t have been what it was without them!

Best Decision We Made.

Gold City was my favorite vendor from our wedding day! Sure the flowers were great and the food was amazing, but Gold City really made our reception what it was. The dance floor was packed and everyone seriously let loose. Gold City is an independent band. These incredible musicians have played together countless times and it shows. They are each extremely talented in their own right. Unlike other large wedding entertainment groups out of DC, they don't just throw musicians together and hope for the best. This band cares about your event and will deliver the best experience possible.
