My wife and I knew the cake was going to be one of the standouts of our wedding but after talking with our guest we didn't we did not know just how much of a HIT it really was. All of our guest raved about how great the cake was and how they wish they selfishly got more to take home. The macaron tower was also done very well. Nicole is amazing and such a pleasure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Nicole at GingerSpice is incredible! Her cakes are so special and creative. Layers of jam, cake, cheesecake, and whipped frosting. We ordered 2 because we couldn't choose just one!

Nicole provided both the brides and grooms cakes for our wedding. They were both beautiful and tasted amazing. We chose 4 of her signature flavors between the two cakes because we couldn’t pick a least favorite after our tasting we we went with carrot, sweet southerner, pistachio and sassy chocolate. Drool. Everyone loved them! I didn’t really know what I wanted my cake to look like but sent her my Pinterest board for general theme and then ended up sending her all my linen choices and told her to have fun, she did not disappoint! I can not wait for our one year anniversary to have another go at her cakes!

We loved our wedding cake from Gingerspice Bakery. From the start, Nicole was a pleasure to work with. We had so much fun tasting cake options at her cute tea room in Norcross and had a really hard time deciding on flavors! In the end, we chose a carrot cake and a chocolate cake, and they did not disappoint! The cakes were so moist and flavorful and they were decorated beautifully. There are a few things you should know how about Nicole: 1) She's as sweet as the treats she makes, 2) She is amazingly talented, and 3) She is super affordable! Not only was the cake beautifully designed, but each layer (chocolate, red velvet, and vanilla) was absolutely delicious! Nicole will have you and your guests in awe of the cake's design and taste!

I loved working with Nicole. We had to switch bakers at the last minute so I took my-then-fiance to her shop to do a cake tasting. I knew we found the perfect baker for our wedding cake. She has such a great variety and is truly an artist with her work. I also loved that she had gluten free options, as my sister-in-law has celiac. Our cake was three layers, the bottom was vanilla with fresh strawberries and vanilla buttercream filling. The second layer was red velvet and I kid you not, people are still talking about the red velvet, it was that good. The top layer was the same as the bottom but made with the gluten free flour. The whole thing was beautifully put together with navy ribbon and purple flowers. 10 Stars all the way!

Our experience with Nicole was AMAZING!! Our cake was absolutely beautiful and so delicious that it was all gone at the end of the night! Our caterer was supposed to save us two slices from each layer, but that didn't happen and Nicole was more than happy to make us cupcakes at no cost so that we could enjoy our wedding cake! We are already so excited for our first anniversary so we can order a mini cake from her to celebrate. Everything from tasting, to designing our cake, to delivery/set up was flawless and I highly recommend booking Nicole @ Gingerspice to make your wedding (or other special event!) cake!

We loved this bakery! The cake was gorgeous and delicious. It was very reasonable. And, Nicole, the owner/baker, went out of her way to accommodate us, even during an ice storm weekend. We definitely chose the right baker!
