Very easy to work with, very high quality supplies, and very friendly staff. The only downside was not having any pictures to look at to see what kind of options we had.

Great Service! We actually forgot to pick up our rentals the day before our wedding and they called us and reminded us in time for us to get there and get them! They really saved our butts with this call! Local Business is the Best! Thank you so much!

Rundown Equipment, dirty tents, tables

We rented 4 tents for a wedding, they were filthy with black stains on the entire ceiling of all 4. Tables were junk, wood with splinters, cracks, nails popping out. Go to a reputable rental store, customer service when we explained what we got was absolutely nothing. Staff is very rude.

DIRTY wedding tents- don’t rent from here

Unfortunately the tents on the inside were EXTREMELY dirty. It’s one of the first things I noticed after walking into my wedding reception. Unacceptable from a company and they offered no money back or an apology. Please do not rent from these people.

The owner, John Gibbs, is incredibly rude. He hung up on me twice when I called about a refund for a bounce house I didn’t use. I can understand the “deposit” but I paid in full weeks ago for a bounce house for my daughter and when we arrived at the pick up time 12:00PM, they were already locked up and no where to be found. I’ve their phone, the 3rd time I had to call back, I was informed the pick up time is before 10:30, they close at noon. All receipts will say noon to noon but that just a lie, apparently. I asked for a refund, I asked for the 50% non deposit cash that I paid to them weeks ago. Nope, tough luck. He told me I can listen to a dial tone all day so I say I can keep calling back all day and then, I was threatened to be charged for assault! For trying to receive a refund for a service NOT PROVIDED! Despite the fact that we did show up on the noon time. Without even so much as a courtesy call. Whatever number he thinks “he called” was damn wrong.
Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. We went to bounceninja. Free delivery even to north east of council bluffs where we live. Free set up and take down. All last minute and the house we purchased for the same $200 price was 3 times larger including a basketball court, rock climb and slide to ball pit that could double as a water slide to pool.
For $200 at Gibbs, you can pretend to get an air mattress with a net, 3 phone call/hang ups, an assault charge threat and “tough luck”
Tough luck being his exact words for a remedy of the situation.
Completely disrespectful, never let me get a single word in on the phone, as soon as I had a single remark, he hung up. Rude Rude Rude!
Word on the review boards, their “professional set up” is just 2 guys bringing your supplies and stacking them on the lawn, actual set up was done by groomsmen, mothers, brides, you name it. And you pay the business for this.
