Our catering company was beyond amazing! From the start, we were blown away by the presentation and the taste of our food during our initial tasting. Everything was wonderful and it was hard to choose which items to select for our menu. In the end we went with a steak option and a chicken option for an entree. They even let us convert one of the salad options (shrimp ceviche) into a smaller passed appetizer.
I know every couple says their food is amazing and then the actual wedding comes and the expectation falls short due to the mass preparation of food. This was not the case for us! The food was even better on our wedding day. To add to this, we encountered issues with the electric at our venue and lost power for several hours. Our caterers could be seen in the kitchen preparing our meal by flashlight. It was incredibly impressive. I would recommend them to anyone!
(We also had notified them about shellfish allergies with my husband's brother....which made us really nervous to have the shrimp ceviche as a menu item. He somehow always manages to get cross contamination and get sick no matter where we go. This was the first time that the shellfish allergy was not an issue and my brother in law was able to actually enjoy himself without suffering any adverse effects)
