Did a wonderful job communicating with me prior to my wedding. They were accommodating in pick up times and locations. Pricing structure was easy to understand. Overall, they did a wonderful job getting my guests from their hotels in Keystone, CO to my wedding site at Arapahoe Basin!

We used Fresh Tracks to provide shuttles for all of our guests. Peter was amazing. He put up with multiple last minute changes to pick up locations, including one the morning of the wedding! The shuttles themselves were clean and the drivers were friendly and fun - they really set the tone for a great night. Fresh Tracks was also a better value than other shuttles companies we looked at in Summit County and they gave us a discount on shuttles from DIA to Breckenridge for some of our guests.

Fresh Tracks offers a valuable and affordable service for weddings in the mountains. We scheduled our transportation a bit last minute (~one month before the wedding), but were still able to arrange everything we needed. On the actual day of the wedding, we realized that we needed the transportation service longer than we had initially reserved (which was our fault). All it took was one call to Fresh Tracks and we were assured that the service could be extended to the time we needed. One recommendation I would have for Fresh Tracks would be to offer a larger shuttle bus (charter bus?), to allow for fewer trips back and worth.

We provided a shuttle between the ceremony & reception. This cost a lot more than I had originally anticipated while I was planning the wedding. There really aren�t a whole lot of options in Breck, so make sure you budget enough for this! Fresh Tracks were easy to work with. They showed up on time and were professional. I haven�t heard any comments positive or negative from the guests.

We arranged transportation for a group of 11 between Breckenridge and Vail using Fresh Tracks in March 2014. Payment was taken at the time of reservation. It was a Blue Bird day, no issues with roads. Late pick up in the AM in Breckenridge. Knew we wouldn't make the first chair at Vail, but expected to be there by 9 AM. Didn't happen. Told we need to be at the bus stop at 4 pm for the return at the time we made the reservation and by the driver. We were told there is no way we could get a ride later when we made our reservation and when we were dropped off. We cut our ski day short based on what the dispatcher and driver told us. Bus shows up almost an hour late. Skiing at Vail works out to about $20 per hour. Driver apologized, but calling the office was another story. Now they claimed that we always had a 5 PM pick up. When asked to make the situation right the office refused. We told the office that our story would make its way to social media. That didn't seem to bother them.

I have always had a pleasant experience with Colorado Mountain Express (CME). CME is always on time and very professional. Unfortunately, CME does not offer a shuttle between resorts. If want to go from Breckenridge to Vail, this is your only choice other than renting a car. The taxi service in Summit County exists in theory but I know many people called for a taxi and never received a ride or even the courtesy of a call back.

I would never use Fresh Tracks again. The arrogance attitude and demeanor of the office is unprofessional at best. You can get between the Summit County Resorts using the free Summit Stage bus. You can get to the airport by taking CME. If you need to get between Summit and Eagle County, you are screwed. Go rent a car.
