Best experience for a small reception, upmost hospitality
Incredible birthday wine dinner
The Gaja wines were outstanding, and Hoyt, the sommelier, was phenomenal. His depth of knowledge, storytelling, and thoughtful pairings elevated the entire dinner and made the wines even more enjoyable.
Chef Jeremy and his team delivered a fantastic meal from start to finish. The hamachi crudo was beautifully fresh, the bolognese was absolutely out of this world, and the lamb chops were cooked to perfection. Every course felt intentional and perfectly paired.
This was an incredible evening filled with amazing food, wine, and hospitality. We will definitely be doing this again and look forward to sharing the experience with family and friends in the future.
