From the moment I contacted Susanna with Florence and Flowers I knew we had made the perfect choice for my daughter’s wedding at Castillo di Mugnana. Susanna worked tirelessly searching for the flowers that were a must for this celebration. Being in the states and having a significant time difference, she always responded in a very timely manner. She was helpful and understanding in our must haves for the florals. We could not have asked for a more beautiful day covered in her beautiful work. From beginning to end, she was amazing!!! Abbiamo avuto interlocuzioni costanti e proficue. Ci siamo sentiti ascoltati e seguiti con competenza e gusto. La nostra scelta si è indirizzata verso composizioni minimali, dato che le location erano già abbastanza suggestive. Abbiamo scelto rose rosse e bianche. Il risultato ci è piaciuto tantissimo e si è integrato benissimo nei luoghi che hanno ospitato il nostro matrimonio.

Wildflowers galore! 🌷🥀🌸🌹
Susanna was an absolute pleasure to work with! We were very particular about what we were looking for - tall wildflowers scattered everywhere! She went above and beyond and gave us the flowers of our dreams, it was absolutely stunning !!! She was so kind and flexible, as well, couldn’t ask for anyone better !

Cata and Jose's wedding in Florence
When we decided to have the wedding in Florence we contacted many florists. Florence and Flowers, were the only ones who said yes to everything. Would answer our thousands questions many times. Would answer the phone everytime we called. Sussane understood that eventhoygh this was one more decoration for her, it was the one and only for us. She greed to move the Christmas decorations the church already had, and put them back once the ceremony was over, She went to the church, talked to the priest, asked about everything we needed. The work was impecable, the colors and flowers we choose were the ones given. She was on time with the bouquet and bottonieres, she had the church ready, and stayed after to clean everything. She was there for us.

Planning a destination wedding from Canada can be daunting, but working with our florist in Tuscany was an absolute joy. Communication was always easy and clear, and she created a detailed floral proposal that perfectly captured my vision and inspiration from the very start. She was incredibly flexible and accommodating throughout the process.
On the wedding day, every detail exceeded expectations — my bridal bouquet was stunning, the baskets of olive leaves for the ceremony were beautifully rustic, the greenery on the ceremony chairs was elegant and cohesive, and the table greenery was lush and thoughtfully arranged. Everything was exactly as promised and even more beautiful than I could have imagined. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Dreamlike Floral Design & Wonderful Service
Susanna is an incredibly warm and dedicated florist. She made every effort to bring all of our wishes to life, and the communication was smooth, professional, and friendly from the very beginning. The floral concept and its execution were absolutely dreamlike – we truly couldn’t have imagined anything more beautiful for our wedding. Highly recommended!

Unbelievable Service - Susanna is the Best!
Susanna was our florist for us, and she was truly amazing. I would recommend her services to anyone! She was genuinely interested in the details of our wedding and she helped design the perfect floral style and decorations for our day. She also was so passionate about her craft, that it was truly a joy to work with her. She went above and beyond in so many aspects, that I know my wedding would not of been so special without her!
