Shannon was absolutely awesome. I had some difficulty at other salon's with stylists who thought they knew what I wanted better than I did, but Shannon listened and gave me exactly what I wanted. And it turned out perfect! She spent a lot of time and energy figuring out how to do what I wanted because she herself had a bad experience with her wedding up-do. She even gave me coupons to help be save money. My recommendation-- get a trial run first, that way they are prepared to do what you want and already know how they are going to do it. The only issue I had was that they don't have appointments. I called ahead the morning of to say "hey I'm on my way, I'll be there at __ time" and that helped, but it was a concern of mine. It all worked out great though. Just plan enough time in case they are already with a customer when you get there.
