If you are looking to plan your own wedding as we did..... then, Exceptional Catering is the company for you.

We had 60 people come from all over the US, and from as far away as Asia. We had to pull this off. Average was not what we were after. Exceptional was what we received. They earned their name.

Every aspect was pitch perfect. Debbie, the owner, made every aspect smooth. I can tell you that planning a wedding is highly stressful. We had a multitude of questions. She answered all of our questions while she calmed our worries.

We were sticklers for certain things. We wanted the food to be served hot. We wanted the coffee to be served exactly at the same time the cake was. We wanted a menu that was different. She and her staff honored all those requests!

Debbie , the owner, came out to look at our venue, and we formulated our plan together.

There was never a “NO”. That was reassuring to us, because we had exact ideas on what we were expecting. She and the company EXCEEDED our expectations.

Exceptional Catering, had delicious entrees to choose from. They also resurrected a meal and helped us formulate a winning menu just for us. The food was a HIT! There was no catered food taste. It was great! Many people complimented us on how delicious everything was ...as well as how incredible the quality was.

The servers were on their game too! All were completely courteous. All were professional.

I highly recommend exceptional catering for any types of affairs. This is no overly large operation. It’s classic “mom and pop”... with all the positives that come with such an operation. Attention to detail!

Larger places hear what you say... and it’s like they go into automatic.... and forget your wishes. Not with Exceptional Catering.

Exceptional Catering is the only way to go if you are putting together a wedding where you provide your own caterer. The entire Exceptional Catering staff was absolutely PHENOMENAL - personally, professionally and as foodies!! But their expertise does not stop at just the food. They help with everything - from giving suggestions to other fabulous vendors, to helping me (the Bride) on the wedding day! Our guests raved about how delicious, fresh, and flavorful it all was - from appetizers to the dinner plate! We chose southern fried chicken bites and caramelized onion tarts for our appetizers. We chose the Sherry chicken, chopped sirloin steak, herb-roasted potatoes, buttered green beans, lemonade, iced tea, water, and rolls with butter for our dinner plates. Debbie Knight and Chef Terrell Johnson are the best – they are both hands on and helped to ensure that my husband and I had a wonderful wedding day. We wanted for nothing during our reception – Debbie Knight was absolutely fab is every way. I was so comfortable with this catering service and I felt that I my husband and I were the treated like royalty. Also, their prices are great! We had great food and we did not “break the bank”. This catering company so competitive - in Atlanta, where everything tends to be overprices. Exceptional Catering is honest and works with you to make sure you are getting the best you can possible get for fair prices per guest. The day of and days after, guests have complimented, posted, emailed and texting using words/phrases such as "EPIC", "BEST WEDDING EVER" and "WEDDING OF THE CENTURY"...we could not have achieved that level of enjoyment, sophistication and deliciousness with our guests if it weren't Exceptional Catering! I would recommend this Caterer to anyone. They were very professional and very responsive to all our needs. The food was unbelievable as well. All of our guests kept commenting all night on how great the food was. Wonderful experience all around.
