Everhart was the most beautiful place to have our wedding. We rented the venue all weekend and loved spending a couple days in the cabin. The staff is so friendly, helpful, and responsive. They made sure the process was smooth and our day was perfect. We would definitely recommend Everhart!!!

Everhart Gathering Place was the perfect venue for our wedding! My husband and I had the honor of being the first wedding at this venue! It will always hold a special place in our hearts. Honestly, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this venue and the staff!

The venue itself is absolutely beautiful! And the property that surrounds it is very stunning. There are numerous of places to take photographs. We were able to keep our wedding décor at a minimum since the venue and property are both so gorgeous. The venue includes an amazing groom suite that my husband and his groomsmen loved! The groomsmen were very impressed. They all enjoyed hanging out and getting ready there. For the ladies, I highly recommend staying at the cabin, which is on the property with the venue, the night before your wedding. The cabin is very modern, spacious and clean. I had so much fun with my bridesmaids bonding there! All of the ladies loved the cabin. My maid of honor even wanted to move in. Also, staying the night there just made the wedding day go by with so much ease. We were able to wake up where we were going to get ready so I was able to relax with my bridesmaids instead of feeling rushed. Also, there is a full kitchen so we were able to wake up, make breakfast, relax, and then begin to get ready. The cabin also includes numerous of mirrors so all of your bridal party is able to get ready to without fighting for mirror space. Brides, I highly recommend staying there!

As far as the staff, only the word that comes to mind is INCREDIBLE! We worked with Danielle McWilliams (wedding coordinator) the most. Her and her family were very professional and really cared about the bride and groom (us) and our wishes. Since her and her family own the property and venue, they gave the property such a warm and a welcoming feeling. Danielle was able to bring to life the vision we had for our wedding day. She truly is amazing! She was by our side for our wedding day and handled the entire day for us. She is truly someone you want in your back corner during your day! We felt as if we could count on her for anything. Most importantly, we really appreciated her dedication of allowing me, my husband and our parents to enjoy the day and to soak up all the moments without any distractions. She made sure that no other vendors would call us or our parents the day of and she was the main point of contact. This really helped us focus on solely us, our loved ones and why we were there. Also, I was very impressed with how Danielle handled our “crazy” family member. (We all that one or two family members who is our wild card). Long story short, my aunt kept trying to come in the areas that were designated for only the bridal party. She managed to enter the groom’s suite at one point but when Danielle addressed her, she was extremely kind and patient, but still assertive when asking my aunt to come with her back to the main hall. And the best part was that I wasn’t even aware of this until the day after our wedding when one of my bridesmaids told me. We also worked with Walker who handled the electronics and bar of us and our guests. He was very professional and so welcoming towards our guests. We received numerous complements and praise from members of our bridal party and guests about the venue and the staff!

Danielle, Walker, and the staff really made Everhart Gathering Place a dream wedding for us! Their professionalism and dedication is remarkable. My husband and I can not say thank you enought for all that they did for us! They made our day spectacular and memorable on so many positive levels. I had my ceremony on the grounds and it was magical! The grounds is so beautiful I didn’t have to do hardly any decorating which was amazing since weddings are already so crazy! It was truly a dream spot for me and I can’t wait to come back for other events and visit the space again. I highly recommend.
