We are from New Jersey and decided to get married in Custer State Park, South Dakota in less than 6 months. Our wedding day was amazing and KC and her team made it exceptional. KC is extremely professional, accomplished, organized, dedicated and she made the whole experience so much fun!! KC has all the best contacts to complete the whole picture. I am still on cloud 9 from our wedding. We wished we could get married again and again in a moment. Best day of our lives!!

KC and her Crew were SPECTACULAR. We used Esteemed Events services for what they called "day of wedding coordinator". We went over our plans with KC and gave her our vendor information. She touched base with us 2 weeks before our wedding and let us know she had contacted all involved vendors. We then set up our rehearsal schedule and day of time schedule. KC and her Crew drove 50 miles one way, two days in a row for us. One for the off site rehearsal, then the following day at our wedding venue. She provided all involved in wedding with a booklet including timelines, ceremony set up chart, and reception set up chart. Having her there was truly one of the best decisions we made about our wedding. My bride and I had planned out, and met with each of our other vendors previously to make sure all ducks had been put in a row, however KC ran the show rehearsal night and the day of the wedding. This took stress off of family, wedding party, and of course the Bride and myself. I would suggest KC to anyone planning an event. Her personality is inviting and care for your event is true. Thank you KC for being such an intricate part of our big day!

KC was a dream to work with! She was always available when we needed her and she had so many wonderful tips and ideas to help make our day run smooth! I was so impressed with her professionalism and her promptness to get things done in an orderly fashion. She was also a great mentor during the times things got a little stressful. KC Has been doing a great job on our destination wedding.. I don't think I could do it all with out her.. She is very helpful and has tunes of ideas and items to rent and use.. She can definetly keep you on track and get your feet back on the ground if you start to float away... She also is an officiant, so you have a planner, designer, coordinator and Offiacant all in one... She is great.. She responds and answers your questions in a very fast manner... thank you so much KC for making everything smooth and joyful....

When we got engaged, my then fiancé and I decided to get marred in Custer State Park, having stayed in the park for a few nights during a recent vacation. Having been to South Dakota only one time previously and living in Texas, wedding planning quickly became a challenge. I found KC through an Internet search and the first time we spoke I knew she would be a great person with which to plan our wedding!

KC was helpful from the beginning, providing suggestions and recommendations on all of my vendors, and even connecting me to her daughter's bakery when I noted that I would need a cake that was gluten, dairy and egg-free. KC was available to speak as often as I'd like, even weekly to begin, and would put my racing mind at ease with each communication. She even sent me pictures of ideas from previous weddings, Pinterest ideas, and things she had seen while she was out shopping.

My package with KC was based on some help with vendors as well as full day-of coordination. As we got closer to the wedding, KC kept in touch with all of my vendors to ensure they had the information required and confirm all the details. She also take care of everything the day of flawlessly, even after breaking her toe a few days earlier! I have received so many compliments on the decor at the wedding and what a great job KC did. When problems did arise, she took care of them quickly and easily, without any stress to me or my future husband.

I would definitely recommend KC for any wedding planning needs - from full service to day-of coordination. She was always eager, positive, and most of all, extremely helpful. Simply the best decision I made in my wedding planning process. I hired her for "Day-Of" coordination. To sum up KC and esteemed events quickly, I would tell all brides that she is AMAZING and I have no idea what I would have done without her! She helped with planning for day of. The weekend of the wedding, Kc was absolutely irreplaceable. A few of the millions of things she did for us: kept things moving, talked to all vendors, tipped them, set up the reception area, helped with timing, made folders with schedule for all the wedding party etc etc etc. I honestly have NO idea what I would have done without KC to help us out.. my husband and I were so happy with them, and I would highly recommend KC and her services to any bride. There is not enough space to tell you all about how much we loved KC. My fiance and I were planning a wedding in Rapid City all the way from Illinois and KC helped us with everything! From finding other vendors to setting up appointments when we visited to being our day of coordinator. KC really went above and beyond to making sure we had the smoothest day. She was so wonderful to just talk to and work with that I would recommend her to anyone who needs not just a simple coordinator, but a person who really is all about making your day the best.
