Rented a 20 x 30 tent with 3 sides including cathedral windows. Set up crew arrived smelled a lot like alcohol. Set up the tent well enough but we ended up with 2 1/2 sides. Contacted office person who we arranged the services with- was told ' I placed the work order for 3 sides' and when I sent a picture the response was 'I'm sorry'. Tent ended up being used for about 20 minutes just as cover from some light rain. In effective during heavier showers due to incomplete sides. Would not recommend this vendor nor would we use again.

Very unhappy... I can't speak for anything other than the tents, but customer service is not a priority for them. We decided at the last minute to get a tent set up from this company for our beach wedding. We asked if it would be possible to do a deposit just in case it didn't rain and we wouldn't need it , they refused and said the whole $275 would be due to book it, but then charged $329. HOWEVER, We went ahead and went with the tent anyways, just to be on the safe side. Then at some point between set up of the tent and when it was taken down a light was broken on the beach house we rented. (I know for a fact that it was intact before setup- and it was broken after take down because I have multiple videos and pictures of right before it was put up immediately following our rehearsal.) When it came time to get my deposit back, I lost over half of my deposit due to this broken light. When we contacted Phil Forubs to reach some sort of resolve in the matter, he was very dismissive and did not want to help the situation in any way and completely denied responsibility. I have since gone to my bank to get the matter taken care of, because he stopped responding to our emails. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
