Eagle's Bluff sits on about 27 gated acres on a private peninsula above Flathead Lake in Polson, Montana, with nearby Flathead Lake access. Bald eagles, deer, and fox share the property, and Glacier National Park is about an hour and a half away.

The Main House is more than 20,000 square feet across three levels, with seven bedrooms, a grand double-staircase entry, several indoor reception spaces, a commercial-grade kitchen, two bars, whole-home audio, and wrap-around lake-view decks. Downstairs there's an indoor heated pool with a slide, a hot tub, a sauna, a gym, a game room, and a stadium-seat theater.

The Lake House is the estate's lakefront home, right on the water with a private dock. It sleeps 13 and is the natural spot for the welcome party and rehearsal dinner, for getting ready on the wedding day, and for extra guest lodging.

Eagle's Bluff hosts events for up to 150 guests. The Main House sleeps 20 and the Lake House sleeps 13, for up to 33 overnight guests across 11 bedrooms. The open lawn has room for ceremonies and marquees. Seven garage bays give vendors space to stage.
