Eader House is an elegant setting surrounded by private manicured grounds. Originally built in 1865, the house has intricate and ornate architecture, and the interior features original crown molding and hardwood floors. As you walk towards the house up the historic walkway, you are surrounded by magnolia trees and private manicured grounds. Situated on two acres, the 4,000 square foot property has everything you need for a day that unfolds perfectly. As well as a commercial kitchen, dining room, and formal living room, there are multiple get-ready suites with bathrooms where you can prepare for your big moment. The walk-out balcony is a perfect backdrop for getting-ready photos. Exchange vows on the grounds at any of three ceremony locations. There are two spaces to choose from for hosting your reception, and a gorgeous outdoor courtyard. Reception spaces include an open-air lawn framed by privacy hedges for an intimate feel or the reception tent for a fully covered celebration. For cocktail hour, you can choose between two distinct spaces on either side of the house. There is a more private area on the left, ideal for larger parties, or the patio on the right, perfect for intimate gatherings.
