Up until the wedding day I was pleased with the service. The night before and the morning of the wedding I spoke with Dynasty Limo about the details of the wedding day and transportation timelines. Unfortunately, after the limo picked up the groom and groomsmen, he never returned to pick up myself, the bride, and my bridesmaids. I had to call the office (on my wedding day) to see where the limo was. Come to find out the driver was never given orders to return (after I spoke with the office twice and have them instructions)! We had to wait 45 min for the driver to return. Once he arrived it started raining and our limo had NO WINDSHIELD WIPERS! definitely not safe!!! Because of the error on behalf of the front office, not the driver, I missed all my photos with the bridesmaids and was unable to take them later due to weather. Definitely unacceptable and will definitely NEVER use again!
