When we first met with the florist he seemed to have been very organized and had great attention to detail. So we had chose them for these reasons. The week of our wedding he had said to come in the day before the wedding to look at the flowers and make sure everything looked according to plan and if we wanted to make a small change we could. So my mother and I showed up the day before and walked in there planning to see our flowers. He tells me that he has been super busy because of prom and a big party they were doing that he hadn't really gotten a whole lot put together. Mind you, he has known about our wedding and had us in his books for 6+ months previous to our wedding date. The ONLY thing he had put together was a boutinere. Which was pretty simple enough...a rose w/ greenery. I couldn't believe nothing else was done. He said that if they were to get anything more done prior to close of business that he would call me and we could come and take a look at the flowers. I received no call. Wedding day...the flowers show up and they are wrong. My bouquet was the only one that was supposed to have calla lillies in it...they ALL had calla lillies in them. The greenery that was put into the bouquets was wilted and droopy. I couldn't believe it. Here I had paid good money for something that I really wanted, expected to get what I had paid for and this is what shows up.
