DJ Wes went above and beyond in every aspect of his job. Not only did he play the best music during the dancing, but he helped us with ceremony and rehearsal placement and staging, came to our rehearsal and helped us with music timing and wedding day flow, and assured our wedding day transitions went smooth and on time. Our guests absolutely loved him and the music (they kept asking to keep dancing!!) Everyone had an absolute blast and danced all night. I cannot say enough positive things about DJ Wes. I am honestly not sure what I would have done without him!

Amazing and detail-oriented!!!

I can't put into words how talented and professional DJ Wes Reed is! Throughout my wedding planning, Wes was the most responsive and detail-oriented, and helpful vendor I had. He offered more than once to help with my day-of timeline, researched photo booths, and even came to the rescue the day of the wedding when I couldn't find the plug-in's for my neon sign. He truly went above and beyond! He utilizes an app that organizes the songs for each category, including a do not play list and a must play list. I promise you won't regret hiring Wes for your DJ needs, as he is a true artist and professional. Thanks again Wes!

Wes is an excellent dj!

Wes was an amazing DJ for our wedding.
He listened carefully to the type of music we wanted played. He came in plenty of time to set up long before guests arrived. After the first dance, he got people dancing until the weather turned bad. This was an outside reception and he turned on a dime to set up at a nearby indoor location. By the time the guests found their way inside, he was up and running. What a pro! He accommodated a number of varied requests, from Blake Shelton to Stray Cats!!!

Wes was so personable and great to work with! He was so flexible and open to creating the night I had envisioned. He played a huge role in making sure our wedding went smoothly, and he kept the dance floor going! We highly recommend Wes for any DJ/MC needs you may need!

Excellent!

Wes was incredible to work with and really made our wedding night! We met with him a few weeks before the wedding and he was extremely personable and professional. He walked us through each step of the wedding night, asked our music preferences, and offered excellent suggestions. Setup was seamless. He was always punctual and very easy to work with. During the ceremony and reception the music and DJing was seamless, playing all of our requested songs at the perfect time based on the vibe and adding many of his own suggestions which were all hits. Overall an excellent experience and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a wedding DJ!

The only DJ I would talk to

Wes is the best. He really is. When we were planning our wedding, he is the only DJ I even considered. He went above and beyond with our outdoor venue and setting up sound in both the ceremony space and reception area. He made sure our officiant was heard by everyone and looked professional doing so. Every song I wanted was played at just the right time and Wes used his professional judgement to fill in the gaps. Friends are still talking about how great of a dance party we had! He’s the only DJ I recommend to anyone!

Awesome Guy and DJ

I have been a fan of DJ Wes Reed for a long time. Having him play at the The Lark was truly an honor. He is a consummate professional and truly passionate about his craft.

Unforgettable Wedding

My husband and I hired Wes to DJ our microwedding (~50 people). Music is really important to us, so we knew we had to find the very best DJ. Wes went above and beyond to make every moment of our wedding amazing. We got so many compliments on the music! The dance party was out of this world - which is really hard to achieve with such a small group. His light set up is amazing. He was incredibly organized - we didn’t have a wedding planner but he kept everything moving smoothly (cocktail hour, toasts, dinner, cake cutting etc). Great communication from day 1, professional, reliable, flexible, easy and fun to work with. I highly recommend him for any wedding or other event and would hire him again in a heartbeat!
