Silas did such an amazing job at our wedding with the music, up lighting, custom gobo and sparklers. The communication was GREAT on every detail that we wanted to make our day special. We had several requests from the ceremony playlist to the entrance songs, first dance etc. We even added a birthday serenade for my dad. Silas brought our vision to life and I would highly recommend DJ Nasty Sho to everyone!

We had such a great experience with our DJ! He was professional, easy to work with, and truly made our wedding reception so much fun. He kept us and our guests on the dance floor all night!

We gave him a music list, and he followed it to a T while still keeping the energy going throughout the entire night. He also made the whole process so much easier by handling our announcements and making sure everything flowed according to our timeline.

Most importantly, he listened to every request my husband and I had and made sure our vision for the reception came together exactly how we wanted. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our wedding day and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for someone professional, attentive, and able to keep the party going!

Silas stepped in as our wedding DJ after our original DJ encountered a scheduling conflict, and we could not have been more pleased with the service he provided.

One of the biggest hits of the evening was the photo booth he set up during cocktail hour. Our guests absolutely loved it! It created excitement, encouraged interaction, and added a fun energy to the event before the reception even began. We especially appreciated receiving a link afterward that allowed us to view and download all of the photos and videos, giving us even more memories to enjoy.

Silas also did an excellent job with the reception lighting, helping create a beautiful atmosphere for the evening. As an added touch, he was able to project our engagement video during the reception, which made for a special moment that our guests enjoyed.

Most importantly, the music was fantastic. Silas kept the energy high all night long and did a wonderful job encouraging guests of all ages to join us on the dance floor. From the youngest guests to the most seasoned dancers, everyone found themselves celebrating and having a great time.

Throughout the process, Silas was professional, kind, and focused on making our wedding day special. We are grateful for his flexibility, attention to detail, and commitment to creating a memorable experience for us and our guests. We would gladly recommend him to any couple looking for a DJ who knows how to keep the party going while providing excellent customer service.

Silas was fantastic!! I had many, many requests, and he nailed them all. He was so kind and we were so happy to have had him there!! We had our ceremony in the front yard, reception in the back yard, cake cutting inside of the house, and he was THERE! Wherever we needed him, he made sure he was there. He even brought a portable speaker inside of the house when we were cutting the cake to play the song I really wanted to have during that moment🤍 The best!!!

From our very first conversation, our DJ understood how important it was for our wedding to honor both sides of our family. As a multicultural couple, with my husband’s family being African, we needed someone who could seamlessly blend cultures, music, and traditions Silas defiantly exceeded every expectation. The music selection was flawless. He beautifully mixed African sounds, R&B, hip-hop, and blues in a way that kept everyone on the dance floor, from elders to our friends. He was incredibly respectful of cultural moments, announcements, and transitions, and he made sure each part of the celebration felt intentional and joyful. What truly stood out was his ability to read the room. The energy never dropped. Our guests are still talking about how fun the reception was and how the DJ made the night unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
