Silas did such an amazing job at our wedding with the music, up lighting, custom gobo and sparklers. The communication was GREAT on every detail that we wanted to make our day special. We had several requests from the ceremony playlist to the entrance songs, first dance etc. We even added a birthday serenade for my dad. Silas brought our vision to life and I would highly recommend DJ Nasty Sho to everyone!

Silas was fantastic!! I had many, many requests, and he nailed them all. He was so kind and we were so happy to have had him there!! We had our ceremony in the front yard, reception in the back yard, cake cutting inside of the house, and he was THERE! Wherever we needed him, he made sure he was there. He even brought a portable speaker inside of the house when we were cutting the cake to play the song I really wanted to have during that moment🤍 The best!!!

From our very first conversation, our DJ understood how important it was for our wedding to honor both sides of our family. As a multicultural couple, with my husband’s family being African, we needed someone who could seamlessly blend cultures, music, and traditions Silas defiantly exceeded every expectation. The music selection was flawless. He beautifully mixed African sounds, R&B, hip-hop, and blues in a way that kept everyone on the dance floor, from elders to our friends. He was incredibly respectful of cultural moments, announcements, and transitions, and he made sure each part of the celebration felt intentional and joyful. What truly stood out was his ability to read the room. The energy never dropped. Our guests are still talking about how fun the reception was and how the DJ made the night unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
