"The Best Home Made Bourbon Candy In Kentucky" DB Bourbon Candy was just Bourbon Balls in the house during the Holidays. My mother would be making up a batch while I was rolling them into balls. She would work all day and night. As the years went on this became a favorite for anyone who received them during the Holidays, from the mailman to friends and family. On June 4, 2002 I lost my mother. Not only was she my Mother, best friend, teacher, she was my hero. So that her memory would live on I picked up where she left off. Originally they were rolled in confectioners' sugar. I decided to add my own personal touch to the Bourbon Ball by dipping them into chocolate. I gave them out like always during the Holidays and everyone wanted more, and where could they get them? My friends kept telling me that I needed to sell them, so here we are today.
