Owner Kathie P. Mautner is a pastry chef from Le Cordon Bleu with a passion for sugar art. During her studies, this former lawyer was also interested in competitive ballroom dance. She often brought her mouth-watering creations to feed her fellow teammates and competitors, hence the name Dance Kibble Sugar Art. Kathie soon found that her culinary passions lay with gum-paste and wafer-paper sugar flowers. Since then, she has honed her skills through consistent practice and training with renowned pastry chef Nicholas Lodge.
