Chef Katie Murdock, the founder of the company, has worked in the culinary industry for over 20 years, crafting custom menus that reflect each couple's style, taste, and vision. Katie goes above and beyond to provide a truly unforgettable experience from start to finish.
Services Offered
Whether soon-to-be-weds are looking for passed appetizers, grazing tables, family-style dining, buffets, or platted dinners, they will provide a bespoke menu to match. They use only fresh, high-quality ingredients tailored to each couple's dietary preferences. Bar and beverage services, logistical planning, rentals, decor, florals, and coordination are also available for convenience.
Cuisine
Newlyweds can start their evening off with vibrant charcuterie boards or grazing tables filled with various meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, crackers, and dips. Then they can enjoy an array of appetizers from jumbo lump crab dip, braised short rib, French onion soup, or beets 3 ways. For the main course, they can indulge in seared scallops, roasted grouper, and pan-seared duck breast. They can finish the evening off with vanilla bean creme brulee, s'more, or white chocolate raspberry cheesecake to satisfy the sweet tooth.
