Very easy to work with

Conway Rental was excellent to work with. They went the extra mile for us and made that day wonderful. We didn't have a worry. The tent was clean and perfectly setup. It was delivered early so we had plenty of time to setup the wedding. Tables, chairs, linens were clean and delivered on time. I would rent from Conway Rental again.

100% helpful and polite! They were able to guide me through the process and ensure I had everything I needed for the big day. I was able to make changes simply by making a phone call and they even have setup services. Highly recommend...very flexible and accommodating!

I loved how I could add or take away from my rental list at the last minute. They are very friendly very helpful and great to work with. Went out of the way to make me happy. Will use again and always recommend them.

Overall they were courteous and accomadating throughout the entire linen and punch bowl rental. The linen that I rented was supposed to be ivory satin tablecloths. Some of the table cloths were different colors and more on the yellow side...so just make sure you have time to check your rental items before you use them.

Arbor and Chair Rental

The company was easy to work with. The arbor and chairs for my daughter's wedding were set up, as contracted. I do not have anything bad to say about the service. Were the chairs and arbor a little worse for wear, yeah but, that 'wear' did not show up in the photos so I'm good with that.
I caution anyone, though on the pricing. The total price you contract up front may not be the total price you pay when it is time to pay the balance. This is why I rated 'professionalism' below average. When I contracted the chairs and arbor I had a signed contract with the pricing and agreed upon total. I paid half up front, as I was told to do and the other half was due to be paid at the agreed upon time before the wedding date. This is where the caution comes in. I called the company at the appropriate time to pay the balance that was on my contract. Basically, the other half of the agreed upon, in writing, contract price. But, I was told that since the time I had reserved/contracted with the company their pricing had gone up. I had to pay $37 and some change above the original contracted price. I pushed back and said, we had a contract and the balance you are asking me to pay is more than the balance on my contract. I was informed that prices had went up since my contract. It was a week away from my daughter's wedding. What was I to do? I paid the increased price.
$37 and change is not an outrageous amount of money. It is the fact that I had a contract that clearly stated the price but, the pricing was not honored.
So, I just caution anyone, the contracted price may not be the price you pay when the event actually happens. Be aware.

They were suspose to show up at 1:30pm and they didn't show up till 2:45 and they knew my wedding was at 3:00. Also the people on the truck had pants around there knees were cussing each other out. They stayed there and then come out there while were doing pictures and packing it up while there was people still sitting in it. I would not us them beacuse we found out later thats not the first wedding they messed up doing all of that.
