Cold Spring Events boasts a bridal and grooms quarters plus a 2 bedroom plus 2queen sleepers couch cabin. The venue is also just 18 minutes away from The Promenade Mall, and Chenal Parkway, Little Rock ensuring that your guests have a place to stay after your big day. The property is easily accessible by large buses. The NEW Aloft hotel is only 18 min away and offers free bus service for your guests. Cold Springs also offers wheelchair accessibility. Cold Spring Events prides itself on its friendly staff. Whether you want something extravagant or modest, Cold Spring Events with its elegant ballroom ample natural light and atmosphere, will make your wedding one you’ll always remember.

Pricing

Pricing is $8500 including the NEW CHAPEL. This includes complete setup and takedown of tables, chairs tablecloths for up to 200 guests (except for what the bride brings in and table place settings). Also includes reception building plus tables, 200 white chiavari chairs ( more available at $3 a piece) & 20 tablecloths (white or light gray, more available for $7) draped ceilings, 6 ft. chandelier, edison bulbs, bridal quarters, grooms quarters and serving kitchen, plus covered patio with string lights. Rehearsal and property for bridal or engagement session included (photographer not included). All additional rentals available on site. Best value in the area.
