We used Coach Quarters for a trolley for our wedding day! They were easy to work with, on time, and fun! The trolley was amazing and everyone is still talking about how unique it was to have a trolley on our wedding day! I would highly recommend them for wedding day transportation!

Coach Quarters was fantastic! We booked a 52 passenger bus to shuttle guests from the group hotel to the venue on a farm outside of Dublin, Ohio (about a 15 minute drive). We worked directly with the owner, Mike, and he was just awesome. He even tolerated my bridezilla need to come to the garage and physically LOOK at the bus we were booking.
The price was incredibly reasonable and the bus was great - an older model with a vintage 70's charm (read: plaid seats) that I LOVED. Don't get me wrong - these guys have some gorgeous modern buses, but for the price and vibe, I loved the older model.
The day of the wedding, the bus was prompt, driver friendly and everything went exactly to schedule. I would highly recommend Coach Quarters!

Terrible experience
Let me start by saying, I am not one to ever write reviews, and if I do it's because someone has asked me to write a positive review. I was so disapppinted with this vendor that I feel it deserves a honest review.
I would definitely not recommend Coach Quarters/Columbus Trolly to any couple looking for transportation for their wedding. Mike was nice when booking, but after that he was extremely rude. Prior to our wedding, I emailed to finalize our plans and add an extra stop in our itinerary. Mike was extremely rude on the phone and said I needed to email the request....when I had already done that.
We were told we would have a green trolley on the day of the wedding. When the trolley showed up, it was red. Not a huge deal but just unexpected.
It was hot on or wedding day and we were told the trolley would have AC. When we got on the trolley it was clear the AC was not working. The driver said it'll kick on once the bus gets moving....which never happened. It was scorching hot (80 degrees) on the trolley and when we tried to roll the windows down, they would not go down/were broken. It felt cooler when we got outside for pictures and it was 97 degrees that day. The driver was on our side and tried calling her boss to explain the situation, and he did not answer.
On top of the AC not working, wrong color trolley, and windows being broken...every time we hit a bump, the speaker for the phone jack would cut in and out so we could barely listen to our music.
We had the driver drop us off an hour early to the venue because it was so miserable on the bus. This was annoying considering we paid for 6 hours and wanted to drive around and hang out before heading to cocktail hour..but it was so miserable we wanted off of the "hotbox."
When we called to complain to Mike the next day he said he would refund $50. We paid $1000 for the trolley, didn't even use it for an hour and that's what he was going to give us. His response was "if I called Lennox and told them my AC at my house was broken, I wouldn't get $8000 back" SO SO SO rude and unprofessional. Seriously the worst vendor we worked with and would never recommend this company for any event.

Worst wedding transportation experience ever
Mike the owner is perhaps the rudest and most unethical business owner I’ve had the displeasure of meeting. Not only did they not send the trolley they were supposed to, they sent a driver (Ben) who didn’t know how to drive. He tried an Austin Powers turn around in the middle of our court and got stuck- we offered to pull him out (on our wedding day) with our Jeep. Once we fixed that problem for them- he claimed they to have no idea where we were going (we had multiple email confirmations).
Then he refused to use any sort of navigation- we even offers him our phone. The driver required my HUSBAND, the groom, to sit by him the entire time giving him turn by turn navigation FOR him. We were late to our first stop which was the most important and ended up ending the night early.
I called Mike the following Monday to discuss it- he was insanely rude “I’m in Chicago what do you want” and then hung up on me.
Do NOT trust a special day to this company.
