* We fell in love with Clos LaChance Vineyards (now CordeValle Winery) the moment we stepped onto property. We were looking for a winery wedding venue that could host up to 200 guests and where you could see vineyards from the ceremony and/or reception site; Clos has exactly that plus a golf course view! Our tour with Kristin Murphy ended with some wine tasting, both red and white.
* Pre-Wedding
* Kristin was incredible to work with! We had a lot of questions during the wedding planning process and she always had answers! Kristin was quick to respond via email and very accommodating when it came to special requests. Something that can’t go unnoticed was her expertise in the wedding industry and how knowledgeable she is to the property.
* Wedding Day
* The Clos LaChance event staff took care of everything day of wedding. They set up all of our signage in the exact location we asked for it to be placed. They placed our appetizers at our sweetheart table since we weren’t able to join Cocktail Hour. Not only did they take good care of us and our guests, the food that Chef Lu cooked was delicious (although we knew this coming out of the food tasting).

* We would highly recommend Clos LaChance to anyone looking to host an elegant wedding.
* Clos LaChance will always have a special place in our hearts. We look forward to our future visits reminiscing the best day of our lives along with a glass of 22 Pirates Red Blend and Reserve Chardonnay.

We're wedding florists (Flowers Valley), and we had a fantastic time decorating a wedding at this venue. The staff was helpful and efficient, ensuring everything went off without a hitch. The venue itself was stunning, providing the perfect setting for our arrangements.

CLC….. where could I start?? We have been searching around and visited other wedding venues. But the high deposits around $20k and so upfront was very discouraging. On our first visit at CLC, we were noted that the deposit was really reasonable depending on prime time wedding season or weekday or weekend. The venue itself has its own character and charm to it which gives it the “classy elegant vibes” (the words from our guest and people that saw pictures on social media networks).

Kristin Murphy, the VP of CLC and the person we will be emailing and bugging with our questions of worries. Her chill and calm attitude (also quick replies back on email) made the whole wedding planning stress free. She is soooooo chill and laid back, never demanded or seem pushy for our second payment, every time we would visit in person, always offered us wine. She made us feel like should could control the weather and make it rainbows and sunshine on ur wedding day lol

On our food tasting, rehearsal date, and on wedding day, we have “Hope”. On our food tasting, my fiancée and I had a blast eating all kinds of food, and we didn’t feel rush at all. The experience of food tasting for our wedding was one of highlights experience we had at CLC. Hope is also knowledgeable on past weddings at CLC and offered to give us tips on where we can save money. For example she told us we don’t need decor or flowers inside because everyone will be too busy dancing anyways and won’t notice them. On our wedding day, Hope was on site the whole time from start to finish, everything we learned on rehearsal was out the door I couldn’t remember nothing, but Hope reminded us how to line up and alway backtrack for us so we didn’t mess things up.

The FOOD…. The food and appetizers… is worth every single penny and more lol we got 5 appetizers and buffet style with salmon and New York steak strips. Our guest and family members still talk about days after our wedding. Don’t let the price of the food scare u off in booking CLC. Food and open bar is the way to go, and $2k limit on open bar was more than enough for our 100 guest. And yes people can get seconds of food is left lol

I could go on and on about how nice CLC is but I have picture proof. Don’t hesitate and think you are bugging them if u want to drop by and look around. I highly recommend CLC for your wedding venue if your date is available. Big shoutout to the chiefs and cooks on our wedding 04/01/23 and thank you to all the servers and bartenders as well. All super friendly and deserves 5 stars all around.

Just had my wedding at Clos a few weeks ago. The winery was just perfect for us! It is private, quaint and the views are just breathtaking. Absolutely beautiful venue! Kristin, the venue and wedding day coordinator, was also easy to work with and very accomodating. She was prompt with all email communications and answered all my picky detail questions. I emailed her almost everyday or at least 3-4 times a week and she always responded promptly and pleasantly. Highly recommend this beautiful wedding venue.

Clos LaChance offers an amazing venue and an extremely prompt and professional staff. Kristin Murphy is an absolute saint! She really helped to make our dream day run smoothly with your timeline in mind. They provide nothing short of excellent service to every and all of your guests!

In regards to the bridal suite, it's an actual apartment that used to be the owner's place to stay on site. It's fully furnished and you have full access to the bridal suite all day all the way up until your event is over. They have a fridge that they allow you to stock up for the day with whatever snacks/drinks you may want, a tv with cable (for any little ones that may need some distracting while the girls get ready), two bathrooms, and a full length mirror. The bridal suite over looks the venue and your ceremony site so you can see your guests arrive as you finish getting ready.

The approved vendor list helps for people with all budgets to feel as though they can still have the wedding of their dreams with dependable people at affordable costs.

The catering services that they provide is to DIE FOR! Their food is so delicious and they cook on site so the food is extremely fresh and ultimately delicious!

The only thing we were hesitant on was the need for a valet service. Their parking lot is small so they require that you book a valet service but the people on their approved vendor list is willing to work with you and goes based on the details of your specific wedding, which is nice especially if you're not having a gigantic wedding and don't have many guests driving themselves.

PS: Their venue is absolutely gorgeous for wedding photos no matter where you're at! Outside, inside, on the terrace--GORGEOUS!

I am so happy that I had my wedding at Clos La Chance! I have always loved this winery, and as son as we got engaged we had it in mind as a possible venue. It was actually the first venue we went and checked out. From our first contact and tour, we were pretty hooked. We still went and looked at a whole bunch of places, but none of them compared.

After we booked, every time we had a question we got a fast response. And I had a lot of questions :) Everyone was helpful, patient, and pleasant to work with. As our day got closer, we met with Kristin about 6 weeks before or so. She was so helpful and nice to work with! She helped us make decisions, asked questions about what we were thinking, and explained everything to us. She was so professional and we were so impressed!

For the rehearsal on Friday and the day prior to the ceremony, Kristin was amazing. She was helpful and directed us when we needed it, without being in our faces when she didn't need to be. The ceremony out on the lawn was absolutely beautiful and perfect, just what i imagined. Dinner was out on the patio with twinkle lights up above. They set up all of our stuff exactly how we wanted it, it looked wonderful without me having to do anything the day of!

All the Clos La Chance staff were wonderful, nice, professional, and friendly. All my guests raved about the beauty of the venue and were amazed at how everything came together so nicely (thanks to Kristin, Hope, and the rest of the staff). The wine was delicious and they had a good beer selection. No hard alcohol is allowed, for us this was a good thing because we didn't have to worry about people getting too drunk, just fun drunk :)

The very best part of this venue is the amazing bridal suite. My girls and I were able to get there at 10 am and the hairdresser met us there so we could all get ready. We spent the day in the beautiful, peaceful space.... it helped me feel relaxed and excited for my day!

Clos LaChance was the best decision we made for our wedding. The setting is absolutely beautiful - we never saw anything else that even came close. All our guests commented on how beautiful Clos LaChance was. We also managed to pick a date with a super moon, so I do recommend checking dates against the lunar calendar if it works for you! The bridal suite, available for getting ready during the day, is amazing and beautiful and just provided such a nice relaxing start to an incredible day.

Michele, the coordinator, is amazing. I was definitely a bride with lots of lists and plans and all that and having someone I could trust to help me on my day was incredibly important to me. Michele was always two steps ahead of me, both during the planning process and at the wedding. Anytime I needed to make sure something was done during the wedding, it was already done! She was also incredibly responsive with email, making us feel comfortable throughout the entire planning process. I can stress the amazingness of Michele enough and how much this added to our wedding experience!

I have absolutely no qualms about Clos LaChance as a wedding venue and would recommend anyone to get married here!
