Facilities and Capacity

Cinder Creek Event Center is a fabulous function space made entirely of timber. Stretching thousands of square feet, it has plenty of room for both indoor and outdoor events. Just outside the building sits a scenic, fenced garden that gazes right out over dramatic hillsides, ideal for outdoor ceremonies. With a spacious lawn, lush greenery, and crackling fire pits, it can also be used for open-air cocktail parties. Inside the building, you'll find a country-chic ballroom with high, vaulted ceilings dressed in blissful white drapery and magical string lights. Its open-floor layout accommodates both ceremonies and receptions, as well as various banqueting arrangements. Private get-ready suites with vanities and high-quality lighting are also located on-site, creating the perfect setting for hair, makeup, and other preparations.

In the months leading up to your event, the in-house coordination team will assist with the logistics. On the day, they'll escort your guests to their seats, serve your tables, and provide setup and cleanup. Cinder Creek Event Center will also supply tables, chairs, linens, and décor so you can celebrate knowing you have everything you need and more for a memorable occasion.
