We wanted something different for our wedding, and we opted for cheesecakes. Jessie is a master at at what she does and we settled on mini cheesecakes for our special day. We only selected 3 flavors but by the end of the night there was only one left for us to take home. They were that good! All of our guests, even those who thought we should have had traditional wedding cake, were won over by the end of the night.
