My husband purchased my engagement ring and diamond at Chaplin's, and they were great helping him through the purchasing process. We went back for our wedding bands and received exceptional service again. My husband also took his cousin and his now-fiance to Chaplin's, and they designed a beautiful engagement ring for her. We'll definitely go back for jewelry in the future. Chaplin's is in America's Mart in Atlanta, so girls you can go shopping in the Mart!

My husband purchased my engagement rings there and from what I hear, spent a lot of time looking for the perfect diamond and getting to know Martha quiet well... I'm embarrassed neither of us can remember her last name but she was amazing! We went back for both our wedding rings and had a slight communication issue regarding his ring - they had advised us to pick his ring up as close to the wedding date as possible so that I could get mine polished, however, when I went 5 days before our wedding, his ring still hadn't been delivered. Before I even had a chance to get nervous or upset, Martha had the ring overnighted and delivered to me the very next day. I'm sure they would be embarrassed to know I posted this mistake on a review as a positive thing but I could tell things like that DON'T normally happen at Chaplin's and I thought the way they handled the situation was very professional.
