The chapel was beautiful, the pictures were amazing, but the suprise hidden $600 additional cost for any pictures other than ceremony photos was absolutely ridiculous. After they got my money, they no longer replied to any emails, and even though we sat in 1.5 hrs of traffic they were aware of to meet the day after to get our pictures, they refused to reschedule or meet with us because we missed our appointed.

First off I would like to shout out the photographer for being the best he could be.

In the email it states to not get there no earlier than 10-15 minutes before hand. We got there 5 minutes after the time and there was still a couple getting pictures. The flowers were left out from the previous ceremony and the photographer was the one asking to get it cleaned up.
The other woman worker was clearly not organized, trained, or respectful. We had no flowers ready for us at all, they did not know what colors or flowers we needed, the children did not have any flowers for them. And yes we filled out every questionnaire sent to us.
If you are booking with this venue, book more than an hour because you will feel very rushed. There needs to be a clear line of communication with the party and the coordinators the entire day of the event. There was not, we would not recommend booking with this location if you are wanting something stress free and very well coordinated. My wife and I felt very rushed and the venue had very low commitment/communication. Although the location is beautiful don’t let that be your only deciding factor.
