We had used Celebration Party Rentals in the past & were very happy. They are a quick, clean & relatively affordable rentals company. So I only did a small amount of shopping around for our wedding before coming back here. They have almost everything you could need - though I do believe they have stopped renting out linens. I went to the store to look at their stuff & set up an order form, easy enough. The guy I worked with, Zach, was always quick to answer my questions via email & always picked up his cell (or returned a call promptly) if he was on the road. We did hit a bit of a snag when the final rental quote came back to me with prices much higher than I received prior, as well as listed on their online catalog. Zach explained the reason behind this is they were changing management. Most of the price differences came with the linens, so it makes sense that these are no longer carried. I explained my frustration to Zach & he offered to give me the original quoted price on everything except the linens. If I wanted them cheaper, he recommended another rental company where I could acquire them, which we did. I thought this was very professional & a great way to treat your customer, especially a returning one. To top it off, when returning the equipment, Celebration Party Rentals decided to drop the remaining balance so that the total amount I owed was much closer to my original quote, even after adding extra chairs, tables & glassware. That is awesome! I definitely recommend this company but I especially recommend talking to them in person, when you can, as they are very reasonable & willing to work with you!
