Catering concepts was there with us every step of the way. We pre-booked almost a year in advance. We got to sit down and try multiple of their food styles to pick what worked best for us. They were able to make any kind of alterations to foods/allergies. They kept in contact with us throughout until the day of the wedding. The crew that came to serve and our bartender were nothing less than amazing. They were very happy to be there and made everyone feel as so. They were on time and on point with any need that we had. Food was just as amazing as it was at the tasting. Hot and ready to go when it was time for the meal. I wouldn't recommend any other place for a catering, wedding or not. We greatly appreciate everything they did and how accommodating they were to anything we needed.

Kacee at Catering Concepts became a defacto wedding planner for us since we were on the other side of the country until shortly before the wedding - coordinating with the venue, recommending other vendors, and knowing better than we did how much our guests would eat/drink. We weren't able to do any tastings in advance, and I was so amazed by the food! I sampled a bit from all the wedding party's plates - tender chicken, flavorful beef, and even the vegan pasta dish that we challenged them with was great! Such a treat to work with them!

CC did an amazing job for our wedding dinner. The meal was a plated dinner. The food was delicious, served hot and was on schedule. The servers did a great job and were very professional. We were very happy with the service!

We chose to use this caterer because of the friendliness of staff, good reviews, and their persistence in making us a client. It made our job of finding someone a lot easier and they were very flexible with our menu. They wanted to find the best for us and initially, they did a great job and made the planning pretty simple. We probably just got in at a bad time, but the staff member that helped us ended up leaving right before our wedding and our order got messed up. it just made things a little more complicated. The new staffer was helpful, but in the end, the dish I (the bride) had wanted most got turned around ----- I ordered smoked salmon... and got a giant slab of cream cheese in the shape of a salmon instead. Not the best luck, there. Everyone said it tasted good though...

We initially received a quote for 100 people and final number was set at 80. The only item that we adjusted the amount of food on was the fruit, veggie and cheese trays. The others we did not adjust. The final attendance was at most, 60 people and that is on the high side. We ran out of food except for the 5 takeout containers of fruit and the 3 takeout containers of vegetables. How do you run out of food when 20 fewer people were in attendance? Even the venue commented about the lack of food. After the ceremony, we had the guests go ahead and eat while we took additional pictures. When we, with the bridal party joined the reception, the food was gone...no meatballs, no chicken bites, no sliders, not even any cheese was left. The wedding party only had fruit and vegetables to eat. My daughter was very disappointed because we ordered meatballs for her and 4 weeks later, she is still talking about how she didn't get any meatballs. If the attendant manning the buffet table hadn't made me and my husband a plate ahead of time, we wouldn't have had anything to eat but fruit and vegetables either. Very disappointed in this vendor. They have good food...great food. They just didn't make enough and there should've been more than enough considering that approximately 20 fewer people attended. I would hate to think what a disaster this would've been if we did have 80 people attend like we had planned. If there had been enough food, they would've got a better review but when even the venue makes comments about not having enough food. They think we were shorted food based on the guest count that we provided...very disappointed in the poor planning or whatever it was. Not impressed.

I would not recommend this vendor. I had heard wonderful things about them, and in our initial consult things went very well. However, once they had my deposit things went downhill. I worked with three different contacts throughout the process, without being told my head contact and planner was changing each time. There was no continuity between the three people I met with, the pro alas they sent were never exactlly what we had discussed, and there were mistakes all over them. There were many instances where the numbers or food was wrong, and I or my mom had to call and try to fix things. However, it was nearly impossible to get ahold and get a response out of them. Granted, I did not have a huge, expensive meal. I believe this is part of the reason I was pushed under the rug as soon as my deposit was in. They never even had the correct start and end time or delivery time on our contract. Even after multiple phone calls and meetings, the employee doing table scaping did not show up at her designated time and we could not get ahold of anyone at catering concepts. Thankfully, Brandy at St Anthonys on the Creek got ahold of someone from CC who came and did the tables 3 hours late. From that point on, things went smoothly.

The food was okay. Nothing special, but better than your average wedding food. For a buffet, I thought it was okay. It was not as fresh or "homemade" as I had been promised. We had chicken tenders (not good), pasta salad (nothing special, looked like they bought from sams), roasted marinated veggies (served cold but delicious), fruit (again, looked like it was from sams), spinach artichoke dip (delicious) and Mac and cheese (good) as well as mini BBQ sliders (they really skimped on the meat).

The table scaping was exactly what I wanted, which was amazing because the woman they sent to do it hadn't seen any of my pictures or talked with me until that day. She absolutely saved the day.
