My experience in foodservice spans over 2 decades and I have specialized in catering for over 15 years. My passion for creating and cultivating events is reflected in every Carved+Crafted gathering. One of my favorite parts of my job is meeting with the bride and groom to help create an unforgettable experience by striving to meet what they want their special day to look like and executing every detail to perfection. The menus created by our classically trained Chef, Kevin Yarbrough, are one of a kind; amazing food options that are tailored to each couples' specifications. Seeing the look on each couple’s faces at their personalized tasting set up specifically for them from the food, China, linens, and flowers, and then again, the day of the wedding, when the plan comes into place, is priceless.
