Bridgette is astounding! I have no idea how she does it all. We had our wedding meal catered from Carinos for 150 people. As it was also Father's Day, we didn't get quite the turnout that RSVP'd and Carinos graciously boxed up the leftovers for us and made sure we knew where to grab them at the end of the night. They also offer gluten-free pasta and my dear friend who has a gluten allergy nearly cried when she had a plate of real food she could eat at an event. That detail alone, beside the fact that their food is amazingly delicious, will have me looking at Carinos first for all of my future catering needs.

My original caterer from my venue broke his ankle 5 wks before the wedding! I called 7 places and they were all booked (between weddings and graduations the same week!). A friend suggested trying restaurants and we immediately chose Carino's since it is our favorite Italian place! Perfect choice!!! We went through the Hamburg one since it was closest to the venue. They definitely did not disappoint!! We worked with Brian, who is head of catering. He's awesome to work with! My mom emailed him the approx. number of guests and the 2 must have dishes, plus the kid's menu and he made out a nice variety of dishes with the perfect amounts. Even when my mother decided to add on more food choices, he was very accommodating. He didn't try to "upsell" and was even very truthful when answering her question about whether he thought there'd be enough food by saying we'd have more than enough and could even cut back. Fantastic food and wonderful service!!! He even had "try outs" to find 2 employees to cut our cake for us! :) Needless to say, still my favorite place!!! :)

Having a smaller budget for my wedding, I had to cross off many caterers in this area on price alone, but Carino's was the answer to my prayers for great food at a great price. We got a great deal on our food (and lots of food we had - a month later we're still eating leftovers!), and our guests absolutely loved it. It was soo delicious, and Bridgette the catering manager, is a joy to work with. She's so on the ball and friendly and hard working, I just couldn't be happier. Carino's catering is definitely a win.

We got countless compliments on the food. Many people said it was the best wedding food they had ever had, and I have to agree. Bridgette was so easy to work with and so sweet. We highly recommend!
