We had an incredible wedding day with Ruth as our photographer. Ruth is simply the best. She goes above and beyond to make you feel amazing on your wedding day.
We had a beautiful afternoon together for our pre-shoot, getting to know each other over ideas and must-have photos! On the wedding day itself, she was a huge hit with the whole bridal party and guests. I think my maid of honor will genuinely never forget the relaxed, fun banter before the wedding. She totally blended in, but also helped with jewelry, shoes, holding our drinks, general tips, and more; all whilst taking the most beautiful photographs.
Ruth sent us some preview photographs a week after the wedding and she most certainly has the “eye”! She finds the moments, the incredible light, the details, and the positions that make your photographs stunning and real. She is so efficient, making sure you don’t take too much time away from your guests on the big day. It really is art. She puts your personality into the photos.
We were gobsmacked when we saw the pictures and she has helped us download and share them with family and friends on countless occasions after the wedding.
Ruth has even allowed us to use our "Engagement" Photo session after the wedding which we were so thankful for.

Ruth was absolutely amazing! I was new in town and she made me feel at ease with our quaint, small wedding. She responded to all my questions promptly. I didn’t need to worry about anything. There’s not enough kind words I can say about Ruth! She is talented, kind, and a pleasure to work with. It felt like she was part of the family on my wedding day. I was a nervous bride and my mother was a nervous Momma. She was not only our photographer that cold November morning at the Pretty Place Chapel in Greenville, South Carolina, she stepped in and assisted where we needed extra hands (that weren’t shaky).
