I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with Capers catering. Capers recently catered my wedding and I can honestly say I was 100% satisfied with their services!
Marilyn Greene, owner, is such a pleasure to work with– not only does she have many years of experience but serves phenomenal food as well! She is very organized and was always quick with communication should my mom or I have questions about the agenda for my big day. She works with your rental company and handles everything (including ordering tables, linens, plates, glasses—AND she has her team set everything up).

As far as her catering menu, there are limitless options! She will even do a custom item if there is something on the menu you don’t see. The food itself and presentation was superb! They used beautiful dishes to serve in and the food was replenished quickly (when it started to get low) and was always hot! All of our guests came up to us raving about how delicious the food was!! (Not something that is typically heard at weddings)

Her team went above and beyond great service! They were very friendly and helped with EVERYTHING! Including the day after the event—several of my centerpieces and décor were large potted plants. No one in my family or my husband’s family had room in their cars so James offered to take everything home with him and deliver it the next day to my house. And Scott was such a fun and friendly bartender (which Capers also provides the bartenders as well), he mixed our signature drinks exactly to our specifications and kept everything cold and coming out quickly!

I cannot say enough about Marilyn and her team--- Thank you Franco, James, James, Scott, Steve, and Marilyn for being a huge contributing factor to making my wedding day so perfect! ☺
