Diane made our wedding cake for our wedding at Grace Bay Club. Not only was its beautifully decorated, an exact replica of a photo I gave her, it was absolutely delicious. All of our guests raved about how good the cake was. We decided on a vanilla cake with a strawberry filling and buttercream frosting. It really was to die for. When we had our tasting we also tried her white cake with mango filling and that was equally as amazing. Diane is so talented at what she does and really aims to please. If you ever find yourself in need of a cake while in Turks and Caicos you would be foolish to go anywhere else. If I could give her more stars I absolutely would! Diane from Cakes to Di For was able to create our wedding cake/cupcake for our destination wedding in Turks and Caicos. She was able to create my vision through emails. The cake and cupcakes were delicious! They were so moist and the flavors were delectable. We never had any tastings because we live in NYC and were not going to the island until our wedding. We ended up choosing the following cupcake flavors: wedding white cake with mocha frosting, chocolate cake with hazelnut frosting, and the mini cake for the bride and groom to cut was red velvet with vanilla frosting. Highly recommend.
