One Year Later

One year after our wedding and we are still in awe of our photos every time we look through them (which is often!). We got married at the most beautiful outdoor venue, and as fate would have it, we had a Nor'easter during our November ceremony. It was a high of 40 in November, in Florida! Cailin still managed to capture the warmth and love shared amongst our family and friends that day. My husband is more camera shy, but Cailin made such an amazing impression during our first meeting with her for our engagement shoot. She alleviated any nerves by making us feel like long-time friends. We couldn't stop laughing the entire shoot and best of all, it was so natural. We experienced the same energy on our cold rainy day.
She also did great to capture our wedding guests too! Those photos made for great additions to thank you notes. Everyone loved seeing themselves on the dance floor or huddled together by the fire for warmth.
We love the candid shots and felt that Cailin brought out the warmth and fun-spirited energy that encompasses us as a couple.

You can't go wrong with Cailin!

We loved working with Cailin so much! Her pictures speak for themselves as to the quality of work she does but her personality and assertiveness made her so great to work with. She has a great team and they made us and our bridal parties/families feel very comfortable the whole time. She was great in all of the planning sessions and was always very flexible on time and place of meeting. We highly recommend her for your wedding or special photography needs!

My husband and I LOVED working with Cailin Smith Photography for our wedding in November. She was so easy to work with and made everything very fun and easy. We met with Cailin a few times before the wedding, and we felt like she really listened and valued our opinions about what our vision was for the wedding. It was an amazing experience and we definitely recommend hiring her!

Cailin did an incredible job with both our engagement shoot and wedding day photography. She is so easy to work with and made the whole process easy for me. She is also super personable and actually wants to get to know you and your spouse which made it easier for my husband/fiance to relax and have fun with the photos. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

WOW, I cannot say enough how impressed I am with Cailin Smith and her husband, Alex. When my now husband and I showed up for our engagement shoot, we felt a little awkward about being in front of a camera. Before we knew it, our 30-minute mini session turned into and hour and a half. She made us feel so comfortable and gave us pointers when needed. Her posed pictures are stunning while her candids are honest and full of emotion. It's so important to have a photographer who can do both. She delivered the same quality the day of our wedding.
We added on the videography package a few months before the wedding and I am so glad we did. Alex did a wonderful job making us feel comfortable being captured on video. I totally forgot about it a few minutes after I put on the mic. We will treasure the highlights of our day for the rest of our lives!
Cailin and Alex make a wonderful team. They were professional, personable and didn't charge a ridiculous amount.. even though the quality is well worth more. We cannot wait to book with them for future events. They're truly family now!

Cailin is one awesome photographer (along with her talented husband Alex)... from my crazy engagement session idea and my wedding day , she truly made my wedding experience memorable. She captured everything beautifully and now I have amazing images that make me feel like it's my wedding day all over again. You can't go wrong with choosing Cailin Smith Photography.

We live in New Jersey and had our engagement shoot and wedding in Florida. It was an absolute pleasure and blessing to have Cailin, Alex, and Stephanie shoot for us and tell our story. Cailin is an artist who fully understands her craft. She was not shy to tell us when she had a neat idea or an interesting angle, and we were happy to let her work her magic. Her team is equally as professional, passionate, and charismatic. They kept us on our timeline while making room for some really fun and unique shots. I can look at our photos and see our personality stamped on them. We could not be any happier than we are now, and I highly recommend Cailin and her photography team to future brides and grooms.

We knew Cailin was the photographer for us after our engagement shoot, where she instantly made us feel at ease in front of the camera (not an easy task for me)! She captured our silly moments perfectly and never made us feel too posed.
At the wedding, Cailin and Alex were professional without being stuffy and helped everything move along smoothly on our wedding day. They worked well with the entire wedding party and all of our vendors. The day after the wedding everybody was commenting on how the pair seemed to be everywhere and getting pictures of everything, and they were right! I LOVE that our wedding was on their blog less than a week after the wedding so we (and our guests) have pictures to enjoy while they are editing the rest!
Cailin and Alex exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend them :)

Cailin provided photography for our engagement and wedding day. She is an amazing photographer with an amazing personality. She loves her job and it shows with every thing she does. She was so great with coming up with new ideas for photos. We will definitely use her again for pictures.

We absolutely loved Cailin! We were unable to meet and take photos with her before the wedding due to a move across the country before the wedding and she accommodated us when we got into town for the wedding to do a mini shoot on the beach. The picutres turned out amazing and she was so much fun to work with, so enthusiastic and engaging! Her pricing and the quality of her photography is great! I would recommend her to any bride looking for a photographer.
