Maudie at Cafe Rue Orleans was very helpful and had great suggestions on the menu for our wedding. I was concerned that I had some gluten-free guests to feed, and Maudie worked up a menu that worked for everyone. The food was excellent! She provided all the equipment needed to serve the food and keep it warm, as well as a server. We also decided we would hire an additional server through her just to make sure everything was picked up from the tables, which was very inexpensive and worth it we thought. She also provided us with information on a portable bartender, that brings his own portable bar! Our wedding was outdoors and this sounded just perfect for what we wanted, and it was!
After every one had eaten and was clearly done with the food, Café Rue Orleans, bagged up leftovers in Ziploc's we had provided, and placed them in our freezer for us.
They did an excellent job, the food was wonderful and as far as the pricing goes, they were certainly comparable and offered more than some of the other vendors I had checked with.
If we cater something again, and we may! Maudie, at Café Rue Orleans will be our go to gal!!
