Cafe 54’s cuisine is best described as American fusion bistro, and it's imaginative and moderately priced menu includes both vegetarian and meat options, with hot and cold entrees, fresh salads, sandwiches and soups, made from scratch daily. Local and organic ingredients are incorporated as available. More than an elegant catering service & restaurant located in Tucson’s downtown arts district, Cafe 54 is also a unique employment training program for adults recovering from mental illnesses. Due to the often disabling nature of mental illnesses, many affected individuals have limited work experience. The opportunities provided by Cafe 54 provide trainees a path to independent employment in the community.
