Starting with the help Erin gave us on choosing our invitations, I trusted her immediately for her guidance on everything else we did! Allison did a beautiful job addressing our invitations, and the entire staff made it a fun experience every time we went in the store! Little Rock is very lucky to have BIO!!!

This was the best choice I've made so far! My invitations were absolutely beautiful. I went all out on these babies. I am so glad I did. The girls here were sooooo helpful and patient with me through the whole process. Please if you splurge on anything, let this be one of the things. They are such a beautiful keepsake as well. They were fully customized to what I wanted. The hard choice was choosing only one :-). Go by and see them, you won't be sorry!

My husband and I had an excellent experience here. They sat down with us as we looked through books and books of sample invitations, then helped us customize the ones we chose. They printed our save-the-dates in house and they were done very quickly. They give you a 15% discount if your order more than one thing (invitations + save-the-dates, programs, rehearsal dinner invitations, etc...).

Very great customer service, high quality invitations, and prices that are very competitive. Our invitations turned out looking beautiful, and received multiple compliments from our guests. By Invitation Only was fantastic!

By Invitation Only is the best!!! They did my save-the-dates, shower invitations, wedding invitations, programs, and welcome booklets for out of town guests. I also found several gifts for bridesmaids and other people in their store. Erin is so easy and fun to work with and Paige is a huge help, too! Everything was finished on time (or ahead of schedule) and looked exactly the way I wanted it. They went well beyond the extra mile to make everything look perfect for me. I would highly recommend B.I.O. to anyone!!

Well overall it was a good experience. I've also ordered invitations from them for several showers. I didn't shop around much so I can't say if their prices were reasonable or not. Erin is great, didn't work with other owner ever and Megan is very nice too (she & her boyfriend did however show up at my wedding with a mutual friend/couple even though she technically was not invited, weird). Also, if you go to the big crazy bridal fair at Statehouse Convention Center, stop by their booth and get a coupon for like 20% off - which is huge when spending such high amounts.

They were really responsive to finding the exact paper I wanted my invitations printed on. They printed our gorgeous custom-made invitation on a deckled edge stock, and for that I am grateful. They are able to get papers and what not not offered on online sites and they are a generally good value.

But that is where the niceties end. When the envelopes, both outer and response card, were wrong, they made no apology to us that we were unhappy. We offered to pay (and did pay) for them to re-order, and at no time did they offer to do it for us, as they would not admit that they had assumed what we wanted, rather than confirming with us. My mother and I were told a NUMBER of times that she had done this for years and this is how she had always done it, regardless of the fact that it was not what we wanted-- in any way shape or form. At one point, she even said to me, the bride, that she couldn't understand why I was upset, as this was the first time she had spoken with me. Granted, I had not been to the meetings, as I no longer live in Little Rock, but had wanted to use a local vendor, as I grew up there. My mother knew EXACTLY what I wanted and was nice enough to run this errand for me. I would not use them again.
