We decided that cupcakes were more 'us' than the traditional tiered cake. Buttercups Cupcakes and it's adorable owner Kim, were exactly what we were looking for as a vendor. Gourmet cupcakes, with a great variety of flavors, topped with clouds of fluffy buttercream frosting. We chose the top 3 flavors (wedding cake, double chocolate, and red velvet) with Kim's guidance; she was sweet enough to take a color sample of our Tiffany Blue and brown theme pattern and replicate that blue as the accent color for all of the cupcakes. Having those little blue flowers on all of the cakes really helped to tie everything on the dessert table together. Great value ($175 for 5 dozen cupcakes), great quality, and great service. Definitely recommended!!
