We loved working with Lana! My fiance got my engagement ring here and after a bit of shopping we realized she was still the best in town. She was great to work with and not pushy for us to purchase at all. We bought our wedding bands early since we knew exactly what we wanted: a custom order for me to match the engagement ring and a simple band for him. She was great with emailing us when the store got the band in stock to view in person and when our order was ready. I would definitely be returning and working with her!

Wonderful!!! My fiancé and I got my engagement ring and re-sized my grandparents' wedding bands here. We came in wanting a sapphire with a simple gold band. Many places were rude to us because we were purchasing something relatively low in price, but they treated us wonderfully, answering my many questions about the source of the estate ring, sent us a holiday card, checked in after we bought the ring and adjusted it for me for free while serving me coffee, and gave us a great deal on the re-sizing.

They were extremely helpful designing my ring all the way down to providing me a choice of stones. My ring has a ruby center and they found the right size and color for me!

My fiancé went here to find a new diamond to put in a family ring. According to his experience in Buckhead (notably around Lenox & Phipps) he went to a few very laughable jewelry stores (do you want a diamond or a down payment on a house...? I suppose it depends on your priorities) before going to Brown & Co. He said the gentleman who helped him took an hour to go through stones and look at options. The only time he felt pressure was when the gentleman was trying to persuade him to use a cushion ring instead of a marquise (I don't think there was a price difference so it wasn't a commission based suggestion).

Overall he said it was a great experience and really appreciated that it was a local family owned place that has been around for a long time. They reportedly have a great estate jewelry section too!

This is a vicarious review so when I go back to get the rings resized, I will update my comments. :)
